No Returns Policy

Milk and dairy products are non-returnable once delivered, due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:

• The product delivered is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect

• The issue is reported within 2 hours of delivery

• Photo or video proof is shared for verification

Refund Process

Once verified, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method or adjusted in future orders within 5–7 business days.
